RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Corpus is committed to customer satisfaction. Keep in mind that returns of beauty products of all kinds must be thrown away; our return policy is designed to reduce waste as part of our commitment to sustainability in all areas of our business.

30-DAY DEODORANT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our full size natural deodorant by providing a one-time refund or exchange for first-time customers. This applies to one deodorant, not multiple. We refund the purchase price, which does not include original shipping charges. We do not issue return shipping labels nor cover return shipping costs. Please email support@corpusnaturals.com within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.

No returns or exchanges on opened or used products. No exceptions.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Please email support@corpusnaturals.com if your product(s) in any category arrive damaged or your order is incorrect, and include a photo. Our support team will respond back with replacement details.

All authorized refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 days of receiving your item. All return or exchange packages must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date and order number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. All return packages must be sent to:

SHIPPING

All orders with a subtotal over $50 include complimentary standard shipping in the U.S. For orders under $50, we offer a flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping within the US. We also offer expedited (2-day) shipping as well as international shipping at checkout for an additional charge.

Please note, all shipping options do not account for processing time of up to 3 business days. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped 1-3 business days from the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. In addition, after orders have been placed, package scans from our carriers are at times delayed. As a result, even when your order is already on the way, orders may not show tracking for a few days. Please allow extra time for tracking updates and final delivery. In rare cases, you may not have tracking visibility – orders may arrive before tracking becomes available. Thank you for understanding.

All international orders go through customs and the process can take weeks. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how long this process will take. Please note: international customers are responsible for any applicable local duties and/or sales tax. Additionally, we cannot alter international shipping forms (changing prices, marking orders as gifts, etc.) We also cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.
