New bottle size is just what I needed. I am not sure if it was my emails asking for a large bottle that influenced this, or maybe many people have been asking for it. This body wash is 10/10 and I can't image moving to another brand, it's the wash that gets me excited to shower every morning.

The scent wasn't great, the packaging didn't look like how they photographed it, and it's way too expensive for what it is. Disappointing overall.

Like the product, hate the new plastic bottle

I like the body wash, but a meaningful part of why I use this product is because I liked that it came in a metal bottle instead of plastic. I never understood why they don't offer refill bags, but I just received my most recent order and now the bottles are plastic?? That is so much plastic waste; I was really bummed to see this shift.
